All service providers must maintain high standards of behaviour, service quality, and customer care while using the platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Professional Appearance &amp; Hygiene<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Service providers must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Maintain personal cleanliness and professional appearance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022\u00a0Wear clean, appropriate clothing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Keep vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and safe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022\u00a0Follow hygiene and safety standards relevant to the service provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Professional Behaviour<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Providers are expected to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Treat customers with respect, courtesy, and professionalism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022\u00a0Maintain a positive attitude and polite communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022\u00a0Respect customer privacy, culture, and property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022\u00a0Avoid rude, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Customer Service Standards<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Providers must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022\u00a0Arrive on time and complete services as agreed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022\u00a0Communicate clearly and update customers about delays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022\u00a0Deliver services safely and responsibly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022\u00a0Handle customer requests with patience and professionalism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022\u00a0If a disagreement or argument occurs with a customer, remain calm and professional, and submit a dispute request through the GoX platform for review: [Dispute Request Page].<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Integrity &amp; Ethics<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Providers agree to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022\u00a0Provide honest and accurate services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022\u00a0Avoid extra charges outside the GoX platform unless approved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022\u00a0Never mislead customers or falsify service completion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022\u00a0Report incidents or disputes through GoX support channels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. Safety &amp; Legal Compliance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Providers must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Follow all applicable laws and regulations in Oman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022\u00a0Use properly licensed vehicles or equipment when required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022\u00a0Prioritise safety at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Never perform services under the influence of alcohol or substances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7. Platform Use<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Providers must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022\u00a0Keep availability updated in the app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022\u00a0Respond to requests promptly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022\u00a0Use GoX as the main communication and booking platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022\u00a0Avoid bypassing the app or sharing personal contact details for off-platform work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8. Quality &amp; Accountability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0\u2022\u00a0Customer ratings and feedback are monitored to ensure quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022\u00a0Repeated complaints or violations may lead to warnings, suspension, or account termination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>9.
