Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy
Effective Date: 1 January 2026
This policy outlines the terms related to cancelling a service, requesting a refund, or managing return logistics for services booked through GoX.
1. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your service request under the following conditions:
Before Pickup / Service Start
– You may cancel your booking before the driver is dispatched or before the service officially begins.
– A partial refund may be issued (see refund policy below).
– Cancellation must be made via the GoX app to be valid.
After Pickup / Service Start
– If cancellation occurs after pickup or once service execution has started, no refund will be issued.
– Resources (driver time, fuel, vehicle usage) have already been committed.
Late or Last-Minute Cancellations
– Cancellations made less than 30 minutes before scheduled pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.
– This fee compensates for lost time and logistical preparation.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to the status of the booking and the timing of cancellation:

Note: Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
3. Return & Redelivery Policy
As GoX deals with services and delivery, traditional product returns do not apply. However:
If delivery cannot be completed (e.g., recipient unavailable):
– The delivery may be marked as “failed.”
– Redelivery may be attempted based on driver availability, subject to a redelivery fee.
For item returns (e.g., rejected goods):
– If a return trip is needed (e.g., recipient refuses to accept delivery), the original requester will be charged a return handling fee and return mileage.
Important Notes
– Refund and cancellation eligibility is determined based on timestamped platform activity.
– Abuse of the cancellation system may result in account suspension.
