Use the GoX app, choose your service, fill in the delivery details, and confirm.
We’ll notify you through the app. Rescheduling/ cancelling is available if needed.
Yes — early notice is required. A location change fee will apply.
Section 4: Payments & Cancellations
Based on distance, urgency, item size/type, and any special handling. No hidden fees.
Cancel before pickup: Partial refund
Cancel after pickup: No refund
Section 5: Safety & Support
GoX drivers will handle goods responsibly. Insurance is advised for high-value deliveries.
