GoX Service Provider Code of Conduct
1. Purpose
GoX is committed to providing reliable, safe, and professional services. All service providers must maintain high standards of behaviour, service quality, and customer care while using the platform.
2. Professional Appearance & Hygiene
Service providers must:
• Maintain personal cleanliness and professional appearance.
• Wear clean, appropriate clothing.
• Keep vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and safe.
• Follow hygiene and safety standards relevant to the service provided.
3. Professional Behaviour
Providers are expected to:
• Treat customers with respect, courtesy, and professionalism.
• Maintain a positive attitude and polite communication.
• Respect customer privacy, culture, and property.
• Avoid rude, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour.
4. Customer Service Standards
Providers must:
• Arrive on time and complete services as agreed.
• Communicate clearly and update customers about delays.
• Deliver services safely and responsibly.
• Handle customer requests with patience and professionalism.
• If a disagreement or argument occurs with a customer, remain calm and professional, and submit a dispute request through the GoX platform for review: [Dispute Request Page].
5. Integrity & Ethics
Providers agree to:
• Provide honest and accurate services.
• Avoid extra charges outside the GoX platform unless approved.
• Never mislead customers or falsify service completion.
• Report incidents or disputes through GoX support channels.
6. Safety & Legal Compliance
Providers must:
• Follow all applicable laws and regulations in Oman.
• Use properly licensed vehicles or equipment when required.
• Prioritise safety at all times.
• Never perform services under the influence of alcohol or substances.
7. Platform Use
Providers must:
• Keep availability updated in the app.
• Respond to requests promptly.
• Use GoX as the main communication and booking platform.
• Avoid bypassing the app or sharing personal contact details for off-platform work.
8. Quality & Accountability
• Customer ratings and feedback are monitored to ensure quality.
• Repeated complaints or violations may lead to warnings, suspension, or account termination.
9. Agreement
By activating their GoX account, service providers confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Code of Conduct.
