By accessing or using the GoX Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. About GoX
GoX provides tutoring, delivery and logistics coordination services, including car towing, water tank delivery, goods transport, and other on-demand logistics support, along with tutoring licences, including car driving, scuba diving, etc. We connect users who need services with service providers in real time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 Years old to use our services. By using GoX, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
– Provide accurate and complete information
– Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
– Notify GoX immediately of any unauthorized access
GoX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations or suspicious activity.
4. Services and Bookings
When booking a delivery, logistics service or a class through GoX:
– You must provide accurate service details and delivery addresses.
– Services are subject to availability, location, and resource capacity.
– A booking confirmation with estimated time of arrival (ETA) and terms will be shared via the platform.
5. Payments and Charges
All pricing is transparently communicated before confirming a booking and may vary based on:
– Distance
– Item type or size
– Urgency or priority delivery
– Handling or logistical complexity
– No hidden charges. Payments are processed securely via integrated gateways.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
– You may cancel or reschedule with notice. Fees may incur.
– Cancellations after pickup or once service starts are non-refundable.
– Late cancellations may incur a fee.
7. Delivery Conditions
Users are responsible for ensuring:
– Accurate contact and location details.
– Safe and accessible delivery areas.
– Proper packaging and handover readiness.
8. Delays and Missed Deliveries
While GoX prioritizes timely service, external factors may cause delays. In such cases:
– You will be notified through the app
– Redelivery may incur additional charges
– Missed deliveries are non-refundable
9. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
– Comply with all applicable laws
– Avoid fraudulent or abusive activity
– Communicate respectfully with service providers and support teams
10. Intellectual Property
All platform content, logos, software, and trademarks are owned or licensed by GoX. You may not use, reproduce, or modify any part without permission.
11. Privacy
Your personal data is collected and used according to our Privacy Notice, which outlines:
– How we collect, store, and use your information
– Your rights over your data
– Our use of cookies and tracking technologies
By using GoX, you consent to the data practices described.
12. Limitation of Liability
GoX is not liable for:
– Third-party service provider actions
– Delays caused by traffic, weather, or inaccessibility
– Incorrect booking details submitted by users
– Indirect or consequential damages
We recommend obtaining insurance for high-value deliveries.
13. Termination
GoX may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if:
– You breach these Terms
– You engage in misconduct or fraud

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes implies acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via the app or email.
15. Governing Law
