Prohibited Items

For safety, legal, and operational reasons, users are strictly prohibited from requesting the transport, delivery, or handling of any of the following items through GoX:

• Illegal drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances
• Alcoholic beverages where restricted by law
• Tobacco, vaping products, or age-restricted items where not permitted
• Weapons of any kind, including firearms, ammunition, knives, explosives, or hazardous tools
• Flammable, explosive, toxic, corrosive, or otherwise dangerous materials
• Stolen goods, counterfeit products, or any unlawful items
• Currency, bullion, or high-value valuables unless expressly approved
• Sensitive personal documents such as passports, IDs, bank cards, or confidential records unless specifically permitted under the service
• Live animals
• Human organs, blood, medical samples, or biological materials
• Prescription medicines, medical drugs, or healthcare items requiring authorization
• Perishable items not safely packed or requiring special temperature control
• Items that are offensive, obscene, or violate public morals
• Any item prohibited under the laws and regulations of the Sultanate of Oman

Important Notice

GoX reserves the right to refuse, cancel, inspect, or report any order involving suspected prohibited items. Users are fully responsible for ensuring that the items submitted for delivery comply with all applicable laws and GoX policies.

Submitting prohibited items may result in:

• Order cancellation
• Suspension or permanent blocking of the account
• Reporting the matter to the relevant authorities where required
